Last week was a busy one on the campaign trail! I continued my tour around the new Tenth Congressional District, meeting with voters and hearing their ideas for our county. One theme is constant: President Trump and his allies in Congress are Making America Great Again and the Tenth District wants four more years of President Trump’s leadership. I am proud to be a strong ally of our President and I will work tirelessly to make sure he returns to office.
I kicked off the week in Stokes County, visiting with Republican Women’s Club. Thank you for welcoming my family to Stokes County and giving me some time to talk about our shared conservative values.
The next stop on the week-long tour was Iredell County. I had the privilege to be the keynote speaker at the Mooresville-South Iredell Developers Council Meeting. It was great to catch up with so many elected officials, civic leaders, and old friends from Iredell County. I have missed representing much of the county and look forward to having Iredell back in the 10th.
Later in the day, I had the opportunity to meet with agriculture leaders in North Iredell to hear about the issues concerning the farming families of the county.
After a great day back in Iredell County, I made my way to Rockingham County. I had the opportunity to meet with many of Rockingham County’s leaders including Representative Jerry Carter, Sheriff Sam Page, Commissioner Charlie Hall, and Commissioner Mark Richardson. I am grateful for everyone that took time to share their insight with me.
While I was in Rockingham County, I was fortunate to have lunch with the Rockingham County Republican Party. Chairwoman Diane Parnell and her team of conservative activists are a major reason why Rockingham County is blessed with strong, Republican leadership. It was wonderful to spend time with them and tell them about my work with President Donald Trump.
Patrick is fighting for you in Washington to protect your Second Amendment rights, work for small businesses in our District and across the nation, and bring your voice to Congress.
